Programmes
Preparing for HYROX? BTX Body Transformation offers specialist HYROX training in Hampstead and online, building the unique blend of strength, endurance and engine you need to perform on race day.

HYROX Training
HYROX is a global fitness race combining 8 1km runs with 8 functional workout stations, including the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. It rewards balanced, well rounded fitness.
HYROX Training
Successful HYROX preparation blends running economy, strength endurance and compromised running practice. Our coaches build a structured plan that develops your weakest stations while sharpening your strengths.
New to HYROX? We will get you race ready from any starting point, teaching efficient technique on every station and building your engine progressively. A solid base of strength training underpins it all.
Inside a HYROX block
Efficient movement on the stations costs less energy and leaves more for the runs. Your coach works through each one with you, 1 to 1, and spends the most time on the stations where you lose the most.
HYROX is 8km of running done straight after hard work. We train running off a station so your legs learn to settle into a pace when they are already tired.
Sled work, carries and lunges are strength tests as much as fitness tests. A base of strength training keeps your pace steadier through the second half of the race.
An InBody 770 scan every 4 weeks and nutrition coaching for race preparation, so you arrive at the start line fuelled and recovered.

Your coach
Mariyan Voykov, our Manager and Senior Coach, coaches HYROX, marathon, cycling and CrossFit athletes, and has completed a marathon, which helps with the 8km of running a HYROX race asks for.
Mariyan holds an MSc in Sports and Exercise Science and plans each HYROX block from your assessment.
Sport and endurance
If an injury has held back your training, Benjamin, our rehabilitation coach, rebuilds your strength progressively and works alongside your physio or GP, so you can return to HYROX preparation on a plan that fits your treatment.
HYROX sits alongside the other endurance and sport work we do at BTX: marathon training support for runners, triathlon and Ironman training support for triathletes, and sprint training with Eva for speed. FAQ
Still unsure if BTX is right for you? Ask us directly. We reply fast on WhatsApp.
Yes. BTX Online coaching through our Kaizen Warrior programme gives you a HYROX plan, nutrition guidance and coach check ins wherever you train. You will need access to a gym with the equipment for the stations you are working on.
The race format changes how the work is shared, so we look at which stations you will take and train those hardest, while every partner still needs the running fitness to cover all 8 runs.
Yes, with careful planning. Both ask a lot of your legs, so we arrange the strength and station work around your running and reduce the load before each race. Mariyan coaches both HYROX and marathon athletes.
Training at BTX is priced as a membership, not per session, because lasting results need a programme rather than drop in workouts. We match the plan to your goals on your free strategy call. Most clients train 2 to 4 sessions a week.
Most clients see measurable changes in body composition within 4 to 6 weeks of following their programme consistently. We check it with an InBody 770 rescan every 4 weeks.
No. We don’t prescribe restrictive meal plans. Your nutrition is built around your lifestyle, food preferences and schedule, so it lasts beyond the 12 weeks.
Yes. We work with clients managing type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, cardiac conditions and recovery after surgery.
Every clinical case at BTX is reviewed with Dr Matt Milner, A&E consultant and our in-house physician. He oversees blood work, interprets results in the context of your training, and liaises directly with your GP or specialist where appropriate.
This clinical oversight is one of the biggest reasons clients choose BTX over a conventional personal trainer. Most PT studios cannot offer this.
