Hello, I’m Benjamin.
After studying a National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science and a Personal Training Diploma with Referred Populations (i.e., Pre and Post Natal, GP Referral), I originally began working as a qualified trainer and studio coordinator in 2009. In addition, I lectured at college and taught sports science; my favourite subjects were Anatomy and Physiology, as well as Nutrition. Subsequently, I continued on the health and wellbeing path, moving to countries such as Bermuda and Norway, to expand my horizons, as well as develop my professional experience. As I recognised the clear link between one’s mentality and their capacity to accomplish specific, personal goals, later down the line, I decided to embark on a new adventure into the world of the mind, choosing to study both a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and also a master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Studies – providing a diverse educational background overall.
I will always opt for a holistic approach to improve one’s overall wellbeing (i.e., improving sleep quality, alleviating stress and finding fulfilment to improve one’s quality of life), however, my main areas of focus relate to positive body transformations, bodybuilding, as well as designing strength training and conditioning sport-specific training programmes to enhance athletic performance. This comprehensive approach combines a deep understanding of physical fitness with psychological principles, facilitating in helping clients achieve their goals while supporting overall mental and physical well-being.
